5 Stars Handy dandy carry case!
You will enjoy having this case for your GPS. I have used mine alot and am glad I purchased it.

4 Stars real good stuff
This case is a real good bargain: excellent material and it was fabricated carefully with good attention to the details like the logo that appears not too evident.

5 Stars fits like a glove
I ordered this with my new tomtom, and it fits like a glove. It’s durable and flexible. I would definitely reccommend this if you have the tomtom 1.

4 Stars Protects the TomTom well
It’s a good quality, solid case. It will protect your TomTom well. I would have given it 5 stars if I was able to charge the TomTom while in the case. Also, there is no protection while you are using the TomTom as it is not in the case (as opposed to a see-through protection).

1 Star Wrong Case
Case received was the wriong size and was returned to retailer. Have not received reply as yet.

2 Stars Broke…
It was nice…but the suction cup ended up peeling apart and it became useless. Probably worked right for about 6 months.

5 Stars Great for GPS navigation
I own this car mount holder and it is great. It can act as either windshield mount or vent mount, and it holds PDA/MP3/Phone/iPOD very tight without slipping.

It works great for GPS navigation with my hw6515 PDA Phone.

5 Stars great value
I got this for my ipod about two months ago and it works better than expected. Only complaint is that there are no directions. So you have to ‘guess work’ it out on how to use the vent attachment but it can be done. Also rattles a little when empty but that could be easily addressed by putting a piece of card in it if no ipod or PDA. I haven’t bothered. It really is a great item for the price. My iPod didn’t get hot using the vent attachment with the heat on either. The section cup was pretty strong too. I would recommend buying this little widget.

5 Stars Great Value
I was surprised with the quality of this device for the money. I was skeptical about how good this would be for the money. I use it to hold my Blackberry 8830 while I’m using the navigation features, and it works perfectly. Highly reccomend.

5 Stars works
Works fine. I had lost this adapter and amazon seemed to be the only place one could get it (I could no longer available from the producer of the GPS)

5 Stars Magellan GPS 12v power adapter
The product was delivered timely and exactly as described. It worked flawlessly. I would recommend both the product and the seller to others.

3 Stars This time I won’t loose it…
I lost the car adapter for my Magellan. I don’t know how, I just did.

Sadly, going to the Magellan website wasn’t helpful in getting just the one thing. Thankfully there is Amazon.

I’ve used this for a little over a year now and it’s still working fine. The item well constructed, it’s survived getting “accidentally” flung from the car and onto pavement a few times. (I don’t give that person rides anymore.)

There aren’t many options if you’re looking for a replacement charger, but you won’t regret getting this one. I can tell you that much.

5 Stars What a deal!
I purchased my GPS through Costco and it came with a car charger. After a very short time, the plastic coating on the charger cracked and peeled! It would have cost me about $39 to replace the charger in a department store. This charger actuall will store in my protective case MUCH better and was SO reasonable!

5 Stars Replace coiled cord
I bought this because the coiled cords on my GPS put to much tension on the cigarette lighter cord where the cord goes into the GPS and caused the wires to break and short out. This hasn’t been a problem since I put this cord on. It is also longer so it isn’t in the way so much of the gear shift and steering wheel since the GPS is always mounted in front of the steering wheel just below eye level or to the left of the steering wheel so the old coiled cord was always in the way. I don’t use the windshield suction cup. It is worthless and illegal in this state anyway.

The StreetPilot 7200’s huge 7-inch touch-screen display means you’ll always see where you’re going, from anywhere in the vehicle. Designed for larger vehicles such as RVs, semi-trucks, and buses, it is a premium automotive unit that comes preloaded with City Navigator NT detailed maps of North America. With the purchase of an optional sensor (not included), the unit notifies the driver of accidents, road construction and weather-related traffic delays before they are encountered (requires subscription, traffic service only for select cities where coverage exists). Either of two optional purchase sensors can provide these features, the GTM 10 FM TMC traffic sensor or the GXM 30 Smart Antenna (separate purchase required). In addition to traffic data, the GXM 30 provides real-time satellite weather information. The 7200 model features all of Garmin’s well-known GPS functions, including intuitive navigation and automatic route calculation; voice-prompted, turn-by-turn directions; 2D or 3D map view; and automatic rerouting if a motorist strays off course. With its POI Loader software, users can load custom points-of-interest such as school zones or safety cameras. The StreetPilot 7200 also includes entertainment options, including an internal MP3 player, XM radio, and playback of audio books. The built-in MP3 player lets users browse music by artist, album, song, or genre. The XM Radio (with the optional GXM 30 Smart Antenna and XM Satellite Radio subscription - not included) features 150-plus channels of commercial-free entertainment. The StreetPilot 7200 is also compatible with www.audible.com, a subscription-based audio book service. The face of the StreetPilot 7200 only has one button, an on/off switch. Using simplicity to manage complexity is a hallmark of the quality from Garmin, the premier maker of GPS products.

5 Stars Stress Reliever
I bought the Garmin 7200 for the big 7″ screen to use in our motor home. I did a lot of searching and reading forums before deciding on this one. The text to speech is the greatest as it tells me to move to the right lane more than enough advance of the exit or turn, very important driving a motor home or any vehicle for that matter. If I make a wrong turn it directs me right back to the my route. My wife is the navigator and says it is the best addition to the motor home. She says it is a big stress reliever. We can go off the scheduled route and get right back on in the shortest time without worry. The POI’s are wonderful, National Parks, gas stations, stores almost anything.

2 Stars Nice big screen, but doesn’t find all locations
I bought a Garmin StreetPilot 7200 for my elderly parents. It has a nice big screen which makes it easy for my parents to use (ie. their vision and coordination isn’t so good). The big screen is definitely a win.

But they occasionally called me to tell me the 7200 wasn’t finding locations that they wanted to navigate to. I assumed it was just user error until I tried it. When they enter “Kernan Hospital” or “Kernan Drive” near Baltimore, the 7200 couldn’t find it. Even though these two locations are clearly in the database (they show up on the map if you manually zoom to the location).[...]

I contacted Garmin and they sent me a form-letter saying thanks for finding the bug with our maps database data. Since my parents reported this sort of problem for several well known locations in the Baltimore area, this makes me wonder what percentage of locations are not findable by the 7200?

In anycase, since the 7200 can’t find the hospital that my parents need to go to, I’m going to return it.

One other small note. I couldn’t find a bean-bag style friction mount for this Garmin, probably because it’s so large. I had to by another beanbag mount and manually drill holes to mount the 7200 onto it. Definitely a hassle.

5 Stars hasanak
The Garmin 7200 is better than I expected. It is easy to use and the larger screen makes it very easy to follow. I am very pleased with the unit.

4 Stars large GPS
Large GPS advertised for a Truck. I drive a Volvo Suv and feel the 7″ display to be great. With my RAM’s 6″ extension arm mount, it sits at the 1:30 position just behind the steering wheel and does not hide anything. With a slight glance at the large screen I see everything I need and the touch screen is positioned perfectly to make simple inputs to it’s data base. Great sise for a SUV.

4 Stars Gets you were you have to go
Its ok but does not store its own power must be pluged in at all times. I had a problem with device and they fixed it first and then sealed very carefully to appear it was never opened and returned to sender to avoid post office fees. fast service
