Most car GPS units don’t import data – you have to type it in on the unit. Some portable GPS units do.
Just like Colanth already indicated, it is unfortunately not possible to import stops into a GPS unit built into cars.
However, if you use MapPoint on your desktop for trip planning, you could consider getting a small inexpensive “netbook”. Such a mini-laptop can be purchased for around $200. Add a small USB or Bluetooth GPS unit for about $30 or $40, and you can use your MapPoint, with all the stops, right in your car or truck, for GPS navigation.
